Today's mixtape is dedicated to one of my favourite bands; the one and only Guns 'n' Roses. I've been a fan for as long as I can remember. Maybe it's familial allegiance because my parents are fans but I grew up listening to them and have loved them ever since. Today marks the birthday of what I consider to be one of the greatest records of all time; Appetite For Destruction. The LP was unleashed July 21st 1987 and it's an absolute classic from start to finish. I wasn't even born when it came out but it's always been a regular on my playlists and it will forever continue to be. I know a mixtape is generally supposed to be a mix bag of artists, but for today i'll make an exception for the occasion. So without further ado, here are a few of my favourites... It's so hard to choose. My advice - just listen to the whole album! However, I had to include some visuals because i love the styling and the overall vibe of the old school rock 'n' roll lifestyle. Vintage music videos just solidify my belief that I was born in the wrong decade. The amount of gigs I missed out on......Bands from this time are always influential inspiration to me!
